REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • The school year will begin the Tuesday after Labor Day in September and will end the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. A yearly tuition fee is divided evenly among nine months based on an average of four weeks per month. Therefore, the same monthly tuition is paid regardless of holiday school closings.

  • As with all pre-school programs, you are responsible for the payment of the place for which you register regardless of child’s absence and /or holidays. Make-up days/substitutions are not permitted. However, should I need to close school for personal reasons, child may have a “make-up” day of parents’ choosing, a scheduled
    make-up day or the days will be provided on Mondays or during the last week of May and first week of June.  Should a parent choose not to participate in scheduled make-up days, tuition must still be paid in full; monetary credit will not be given.

  • Withdrawal policy is such that tuition must be paid in full for the month of withdrawal. Should withdrawal occur the last week of the month, then half the next month’s tuition shall also be paid.

  • Tuition checks are to be made out to “The Children’s House of Oakmont, Inc.” no later than the 5th of each month; if paid 6th-10th add $10 late fee; after 10th add $20 late fee. 

Should a parent choose not to participate in scheduled make-up days, tuition must still be paid in full; monetary credit will not be given.
